Proud Jags is ready to launch on Rainbow Laces Day!
Saturday the 2nd of December is Rainbow Laces Day at Firhill and the Proud Jags LGBT+ Supporters Group is being launched.
The Board at Partick Thistle FC have shown their support for both and want to see the fans at Firhill as an inclusive family.
David Beattie, Thistle’s Chairman added: “Discrimination has no place at Firhill, Every fan who comes to our games should feel welcome and included – football is for all. So when Stephen approached the Club to see if we supported the setting up of Proud Jags, there was only one answer – yes! We look forward to working with them in future and proving that the Jags family is open to everyone.” 
Proud Jags is an LGBT + supporters group for all fans or future fans, irrespective of their sexuality – gay, bisexual or heterosexual.
